Excellent location in Fort Kochi, close to the Biennale and other areas of interest. The property is gorgeous and kept very clean at all times.

the basic rooms are good looking but dark and doesn't have windows, we had to pay extra to upgrade so we could get in some sunlight in the room. for the price we paid, its expensive. place is far from main places in fort kochi. food is decent. staff is good and helpful especially in need. shoutout to night staff that helped me and my friend.

Amazingly cozy property that has been renovated and restored to perfection by the Abad Group. Located right in Fort Kochi and at a waking distance from the boat jetty, making it a great place to stay if you want to explore historical town of Fort Kochi. The room was very comfortable and was very tastefully furnished. The washroom was clean and tidy. The property had wide and airy corridors.

Nothing really. The restaurant service could be improved a bit. It took a long time to get what I had ordered during breakfast even though there were very few guests at that time. There needs to be someone in the dining area to note down the guests requirements. One had to wait for the sole waiter to get free to ask for something.

This was our first stop on our very first trip to India and we felt extremely comfortable at this hotel! The staff is lovely, and were very helpful in arranging day trips and drivers. Great breakfast as well.

The spacious room and the staff. The manager Abhilash is extremely hands on and helpful. Atal from the reception and Nitin from the restaurant are also welcoming.

The quality and selection of food. The menu items were limited. There was a distinct lack of seasoning in most of the food. The chicken dishes were consistently overcooked. The only fish that was offered was mahi-mahi. The chef did prepare seer fish specially for us but the fish was frozen. On the positive side Abhilash invited us to a buffet which was on the house. The buffet had an excellent chicken and vegetable soup and Irish stew.Besides the food, the charges seemed inflated when compared to the services and food that were available.

I chose this hotel to experience staying in a heritage property, and it truly lived up to that expectation. The colonial charm is beautifully preserved, and we loved exploring the various areas within the hotel itself and spending relaxed family time. The terrace offers a wonderful view. A special mention to the amazing and very friendly staff members who made our stay so memorable. The restaurant has a great ambiance, delicious food, and the breakfast spread was excellent.

The bathroom could have been better maintained — the commode seat had some rust. The water flow was slow but after notifying it was promptly fixed.

There were no downsides

Beautiful old renovated Courthouse building, very centrally located with great views. Fabulous staff, all very friendly and helpful. Large comfortable en suite rooms with fridge, easy chairs etc. Excellent restaurant and great breakfasts.

We booked the hotel specifically because of the availability of the rooftop pool which was unfortunately out of action. Manager apologised profusely and offered us an alternative pool to use which was very kind.

Extremely friendly staff, they did everything within their reach to make us feel comfortable. When our toilet suddenly could not flush anymore, in rhe middle of the night, the nightporter managed to repair it with a smile. Hotel is kind of old 'chic'. Airco and fan worked well. Very clean. Breakfast was in the indoor restaurant; mainly good choice of Indian food; and eggs and/or dosa's on demand. Coffee from a machine, which was great for a change. In India people usually drink (milk)coffee from coffeepowder. We were there in februari, a hot and humid month, so we did not walk much about, but the sites worth visiting are all within walking distance. And the ferries to the mainland are also close by. An extra is the very popular restaurant at de riverside, next to the Pepper House and almost opposite the hotel..

The Old Court House is a very quaint hotel, comfortable and homely. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The hotel is not modern, but is very well kept and spotless. Excellent bed and bathroom.The hotel is 1 km away from the main area of attractions around the port, but a tuk-tuk ride only costs INR 40-50 each way. There are some nice restaurants in the area as well as the hotel dining room

I liked everything especially the staff and especially the main host abhilash. It's been such a great help even after I left he helped me get drivers in that. I have never had anybody so service-oriented and bend over backwards. And I booked at the other chain of these hotels and they're just absolutely amazing and the people are wonderful. I highly recommend going there. You would be treated the best you could ever be treated. Can't say enough of help I am staying there.

I can't say there's nothing I didn't like.

The hotel has a charming and historic ambiance, located conveniently near Fort Kochi. The room was comfortable, and we even received a complimentary upgrade. The staff was accommodating and flexible, allowing us to check in early, which was a great convenience.

Staff is great and go out of their way to help . The restaurant was surprisingly good . Breakfast was fresh , had variety every day and their dinner menu was good in terms of value for money

Our 2 rooms on the first floor was poorly lit , the windows directly faced the next building and had a buzzing sound of an air conditioner or some other machinery at all times.
